As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been selling off my DVDs. This post is part of a series where I briefly discuss the DVDs I’ve sold. Here’s the next installment.
As a male in his thirties, I’m not in the target demographic for The Hunger Games books and movies. I’ve seen all the movies in the theater, but this one is the only one I’ve ever owned on home video. I’m not sure how The Hunger Games fans view the movie series as a whole, but I think Catching Fire is the one that has the best filmmaking.
I bought this DVD on Best Buy when it was first released. I bought the blu-ray when it went on sale as the later Hunger Games movies were released in theaters. It has a surprising amount of good special features and includes digital copies on iTunes and UltraViolet.
